The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is advancing its plans for the Research and Enterprise Precincts (REP) at Bradfield City Centre (BCC). This initiative marks a key step in the BDA’s transition from government-funded projects to private sector-led development, building on its first land release, known as Superlot 1, at BCC. To achieve this, the BDA is seeking a Commercial Advisor and Transaction Manager (C&T Advisor) to develop and execute a delivery plan that will explore various delivery models and, oversee the procurement strategies and commercial negotiations.
