Supply of Urine Drug Testing Cups

Description
The Western Australia Police Force requires the supply of self-contained urine test cups (the Goods) capable of providing an ‘instant’ (within 10 minutes) presumptive result and that can be split into two separate samples to be tested at a laboratory with National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accreditation.
Based on historical data, the WA Police Force requires approximately 5,000 urine test cups per annum. However, there is no guarantee of volume of orders throughout the Contract term.
WA Police Force conduct random and targeted workplace drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Police Force (Member Testing) Regulations 2011 and the Employee Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy. Additionally, random testing also occurs for Security Agents under the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 and theSecurity and Related Activities (Control) Regulations 1997.
