The Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) (through Economic Development Queensland (EDQ)), in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), is pleased to present Yeerongpilly Green.
Stage 1 release includes over 4.6 hectares of developable land and is comprised of 10 lots, which are available as multi-lots or in one line. Yeerongpilly Green will offer strong opportunities for residential, retail, and business.
EDQ is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced development groups to implement the state government’s vision for a world’s best practice urban development. The chosen proponent/s will apply innovative solutions to deliver excellent outcomes for the first, or potentially all of, the development stages of Yeerongpilly Green.
Responses are sought from development groups with a proven track record of delivering high quality, innovative and creative development outcomes, with a focus on the quality of the public realm, built form and successful integration of mixed use development components.
The closing date for this submission is Thursday 6 November 2014 at 2PM.
