Provision of Rotary and Fixed Wing Aircraft for Aerial Fire Mitigation and Emergency Response in the Kimberley Region

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is seeking services for the provision of rotary and/or fixed wing aircraft to assist DFES in their operational requirements (planned and unplanned) in the Kimberley Region under a panel arrangement. The Request specifies the requirements for this aircraft, with a qualified Pilot(s) with the required certifications / endorsements, to carry out aerial ignition, fire support, charter and other approved tasks as part of DFES fire management and other operations.

Services required under this contract will include the following Categories:

• Category 1: Aerial Incendiary Services
• Category 2: Response Operations
• Category 3: Re-supply operations and Transport of Goods
• Category 4: Aerial reconnaissance
• Category 5: Crew/Personnel Transport for evacuation or first response
• Category 6: Heavy Lift Operations (>1.5T/>20Pax) and
• Category 7: Other aerial work.
