PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (PathWest) Microbiology (QEII, FSH and RPH sites) require the supply of third-party Enteric Quality Control Panels and Sets for PathWest Microbiology?s testing instruments in use at those sites. The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request will constitute a standing offer arrangement whereby the Customer can place Orders for consumables and reagents on an ?as required? basis throughout the Term.
