Description
The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) is Australia’s national nuclear
research and development organisation and the centre of Australian nuclear expertise. ANSTO is
responsible for delivering specialised advice, scientific services and products to government, industry,
academia and other research organisations.
The ANSTO Facilities Management (SS) group is responsible for the on-going maintenance and
upkeep of all buildings, services and grounds on the ANSTO sites. These sites are the Lucas Heights
Science and Technology Centre (LHSTC) at Lucas Heights and the ANSTO Camperdown Facility
(ACF). This work is carried out under Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) with ANSTO Divisions and
Tenants.
The services specified in this Scope of Work are required to assist FM in meeting its responsibilities to
its Clients.
Tenders are invited to provide the cleaning services as detailed below at ANSTO’s facility at Lucas
Heights, Sydney, NSW and the Australian Synchrotron, at Clayton, Victoria.
