Description
Mackay Regional Council is seeking Proposals for the Supply of Footpath and Boat Ramp Cleaning Services. Council requires the services of a suitably experienced and equipped company to conduct cleaning on constructed footpaths and boat ramps at various locations throughout the Council region.
Specific footpath areas require weekly cleaning due to the high volume of traffic associated with night entertainment premises. Other areas are required to be cleaned on a less frequent basis as part of an annual maintenance program.
Cleaning shall be carried out on a routine basis in line with a Maintenance Program, which the Contractor must submit to the Superintendent for approval prior to the commencement of the Services.
Tender pricing may be submitted for all services or for footpath cleaning and boat ramps cleaning as two separate components. Council reserves the right to award in whole or part.
