Description
USC requires the services of a range of qualified and licensed trades to perform various planned and corrective maintenance works to across our campuses and satellite locations. The Maintenance Operations team will engage minor works trades under the panels to maintain USC buildings.
Mandatory criteria include:
- All relevant licenses and certification to perform works in QLD
- SME (Small to medium enterprise) as defined by the Queensland Procurement Policy
Locations:
1 - Northern: Sippy Downs, Gympie, Tewantin, Thompson Institute & Maroochydore Law Clinic
| 2 - Southern: Moreton Bay, Morayfield, Caboolture & Southbank |
| 3 - Fraser Coast:, Hervey Bay and K'Gari (Fraser island) |
| 4 - All Northern & Southern |
