Description
Homelessness Program funding to is allocated to non-government organisations to deliver Specialist Homelessness Services that assist people to obtain housing, maintain their housing, and maximise their capacity for independence, self-reliance and ability to connect to appropriate social and community supports.
As part of the Homelessness Program, the department has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value-for-money and high quality Offeror/s to deliver HomeStay Support services for people in Logan for an initial period to 30 November 2018.
While the Logan service will be a new service, transition of clients from other HomeStay Support services may be required and therefore the successful Offeror in Logan may be required to undertake some handover activities.
