Description

The Department of Finance (Finance) has established a Standing Offer Notice for the Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangement (the PSCP Arrangements).

Under the PSCP Arrangements, Finance has appointed three Property Services Providers to provide Management Services, Leasing Services and Facilities Management Services (Core Services) and a range of other non-exclusive Additional Services (as required) to the Commonwealth.

  • The PSCP Arrangements are mandatory for Non-corporate Commonwealth Entities (NCEs). Each NCE has been allocated a Property Services Provider that will provide Core Services under a designated Work Package.
  • Corporate Commonwealth Entities (CCEs) may also elect to receive services under the PSCP Arrangements.
