Building mapping and projection services

The Australian War Memorial (‘the Memorial’) is issuing this RFT to identify the Tenderer or Tenderers best qualified for the provision of building mapping and projection services.

The successful Tenderer will be required for the provision and coordination of building projections including but not limited the design, production, and implementation of Memorial provided collection images onto the Memorial building as part of the ANZAC Day commemorative activities.

The Memorial is seeking to enter into a contract for the 2020 event, and future events during the term of any contractual arrangement entered into as a result of this RFT, with the option to extend the contract for each subsequent ANZAC Day through to and inclusive of 2025.Currently projects are only required for these events on the front of the main building.However, the successful Tenderer may be approached for other projects during this period under the standing offer arrangement.
