The Challenger Institute of Technology comprises of elven (11) sites located from Murdoch to Rockingham. The Challenger Institute of Technology has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the following premises:
a). Group 1
• Australian Centre for Energy & Process Training (ACEPT), 9 Gardiner Avenue, Munster;
• Automotive Technology Skills Centre, Cnr Gilmore Avenue & Sulphur Road, Orelia;
• Henderson Campus, 12 Egmont Road, Henderson; and
• Rockingham Campus, Simpson Avenue, Rockingham.
b). Group 2
• WA Maritime Training Centre, 1 Fleet Street, Fremantle;
• Vessel Operations Centre, Fleay Lane, Fremantle;
• Visage Training Centre for Health & Lifestyle, 6-8 Cliff Street, Fremantle; and
• Fremantle e-Tech Centre, 41 South Terrace, Fremantle.
c). Group 3
• Heathcote Culture Centre, 58-60 Duncraig Road, Applecross; and
• Murdoch Campus, 130 Murdoch Drive, Murdoch.
d). Group 4
• Fremantle Campus, 15 Grosvenor Street, Beaconsfield.
