Description
The Requesting Agency is responsible for managing a portfolio of multi-tenanted government-owned office buildings which accommodate a range of state government agencies. The portfolio includes 20 buildings providing approximately 90,000 sqm of office space across the State, with 78,000 sqm in the metro area.
The Requesting Agency requires a suitably capable and experienced provider to perform the following services:
- strategic asset management;
- building and facilities management;
- building occupation and use management;
- financial accounting and reporting; and
- other associated services.
