Description
The Public Transport Authority of Western Australia (PTA) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced provider to undertake the bulk printing and distribution functions, on behalf of the PTA Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) Branch, and Customer Strategy and Communications (CSAC) Branch. The process of unaddressed letterbox drop represents a key service in the delivery of the notices issued by OMTID and CSAC to that affect local residents and businesses. The function includes the printing, paper handling, enveloping, and mailing of brochures, notices, correspondences, and posters as required. The purpose of these letter drops includes (but is not limited to): notification of out-of-hours works (night works), major rail disruptions, or impactful construction activities, providing general information about one-off work packages or larger, ongoing infrastructure projects (e.g. project overview or updates, brochures, fact sheets, etc.), invitation to community engagement activities (information sessions, reference group participation), offer of property condition surveys etc.
