Description
USC is seeking to enter into arrangements with pop-up shop vendors to provide the foundation building’s occupants and visitors with goods and services.
USC objectives include:
- Offer products and services that the university student may need
- Can provide all the necessary equipment required to operate the outlet
- Operate an existing business that provides similar services and is easily accessible for resources and stock
- Will open during Semester at scheduled advertised times (minimum 4 hours per day)
This arrangement is a 1-year term to operate during semester only (26 weeks per year). Options for extension and more permanent tenancy arrangements are available to successful pop-up shop vendors.
