The Community Housing Leasing Program (CHLP) provides private market rental subsidies for the provision of social housing through registered Community Housing Providers. Under the CHLP Compass Housing Services were awarded the contract through a limited negotiation, non-tender process for a term of 97 months and a value of $5,068,111 inclusive of GST to deliver 11 properties under the SHS, and 30 properties under the Together Home Program.
