Cleaning Services for Woodford Correctional Centre

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Cleaning Services to be provided to Woodford Correctional Centre.

The Contractor is to provide cleaning services to Woodford Correctional Centre for a period of two (2) years with an option of a one (1) year extension based on performance. The provider would need to supply reliable, professional staff, with capacity to provide replacement cleaners when absences occur. Equipment and cleaning materials would be supplied by WFDCC.

PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory site visit will be conducted for this tender at Woodford Correctional Centre at 09.00am on Wednesday 11 September 2019. Potential Suppliers are to register their attendance (max of two representatives) before 5pm 23 August 2019. The Form 27(a) should also be completed and returned to the Contact Officer at the time of registration (or beforehand if possible) to enable Supplier's representatives to be assessed. Full details are provided in Part A - ITO General (document 1).

It is mandatory for suppliers to register by the registration time and date and to attend the site visit in order to submit an offer. No exceptions will be made for this mandatory requirements. Nil attendance by a registered attendee will not meet the mandatory requirement.

The Intended contract start date is 02 December 2019 and is subject to a transition proceess being conducted for a seamless transition of cleaning services.
