National Health and Medical Research Council
Scoping Reviews for older adults and diet and sustainability to inform the revision of the Australian Dietary Guidelines
Details
Description
NHMRC is revising the 2013 Australian Dietary Guidelines (the Guidelines). The Guidelines provide guidance on foods, food groups and dietary patterns that promote health and wellbeing in the general population. The Guidelines are not for people who require specialised diets for treatment of disease or chronic conditions, but they are aimed at preventing chronic conditions.
NHMRC is seeking Suppliers to conduct four scoping reviews. This includes two reviews on diet and development of sarcopenia or neurocognitive conditions in older adults, one review on Australian studies on diet and environmental sustainability and one review on Australian studies on diet and social or economic sustainability.
