Imbil Town Bridge Painting

Council is seeking the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced painting contractor for the painting of the Imbil Town Bridge.
The successful Contractor will be suitably experienced in the painting of existing concrete structures and have prior experience in performing works in environmentally sensitive environments. The works generally include:

• Development and implementation of management plans, including seeking environmental approvals (if necessary);
• Procurement of the painting materials;
• Provision of access to the bridge surfaces;
• Preparation of the bridge surfaces for painting;
• Cleaning and graffiti removal of the bridge surfaces not being painted;
• Painting of the bridge surfaces using an approved paint system from TMR TN144 Paint Systems for MRTS88; and
• Site clean-up and demobilisation.

This Request for Quote is for the purpose of establishing an AS2124 Lump Sum Contract.

Information Session scheduled for 10am on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at Intersection of Yabba Road and Kandanga Imbil Road. Parking available on Lambert Hyne Drive. Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Quote is not mandatory. Respondents are required to register their attendance via email to [email hidden]. Respondents are responsible for meeting their own Workplace Health and Safety obligations whilst attending the information session.
