Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from suppliers to provide a general assessment of the tangible and intangible achievements of the Queensland Water Modelling Network (QWMN) and the enabling environment; develop a realistic QWMN forward monitoring and evaluation framework, and apply the framework to several QWMN initiatives to develop selected case study exemplars of QWMN investment, in accordance with the Requirements described in this Schedule.
The project would be informed by other reviews either recently completed or about to commence to ensure the QWMN benefits from past effort and investment and is able to influence similar work being undertaken by other relevant initiatives. Ultimately, the outcomes of this project will be used to assess and inform the design of the QWMN’s next four year program design (2020-2024).
