This contract aims to support the delivery of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander specific legal assistance services, consistent with self-determination as defined under the NAJP, to facilitate achievement of the following outcomes:a) empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples self-determined access to justice, including addressing legal and non-legal wraparound support needs to facilitate legal outcomesb) improve access to justice outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; andc) drive progress on National Agreement on Closing the Gap Priority Reforms, outcomes and targets.
