Expression of Interest (EOI) - Provision of Cleaning Services (Collaborative with City of Charles Sturt, City of Port Adelaide Enfield & City of Marion)

The City of Charles Sturt (CCS), The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE) and The City of Marion (COM) are seeking Expression of Interests (“EOI”) and supporting information from the market for cleaning providers who can successfully demonstrate they have the capability and capacity to undertake scheduled and unscheduled regular cleaning services and periodic cleaning for the Council's owned assets and sites.

The Councils require all scheduled cleaning to be undertaken by Workers directly employed by the Contractor (not sub-contractors). Councils also have a strong preference for other Services to be undertaken by Workers directly employed by the Contractor, however, are open to considering periodic cleaning tasks to be undertaken by sub-contractors, subject to Council’s prior approval.

Shortlisted tenderers following the EOI stage will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (“RFT”) stage and will be provided with a detailed list of nominated sites and cleaning requirements.
