This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of: The Offshore Infrastructure Regulator (OIR) is seeking a suitable and experienced Contractor to supply advisory services relation to the cost to Government of undertaking decommissioning, equipment removal and remediation activities in relation to offshore renewable energy projects.

This Service is required over two parts:

The first is the delivery of analysis and a report that provides a reasonable estimation of the potential costs to Government that may stem from undertaking activities to complete removal, decommissioning and/or remediation of the seabed stemming from feasibility licence activities.

The second part is to provide analysis and a report that has a wider scope, and considers decommissioning offshore electricity infrastructure, and remediating areas of the seabed, in relation to commercial scale offshore renewable energy infrastructure projects.
