Intensive Family Support Service - Metropolitan

The State Party is seeking service providers to provide Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) to families across nine (9) Communities' Child Protection District offices in the Metropolitan area. These include:

1. Armadale

2. Cannington

3. Fremantle

4. Joondalup

5. Midland

6. Mirrabooka

7. Peel

8. Perth

9. Rockingham.

The IFSS Metropolitan program supports both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal families to keep children safe at home or supports families to reunify with their child safely. The service caters to families who are often experiencing disadvantage, complex challenges, and trauma, including intergenerational trauma.

The Service primarily provides intensive in-home practical support and development of parenting and living skills for families currently working with Communities (with an existing open case) and where there is a need for extra support to improve family wellbeing and safety.
