Description
Two Rocks Marina is 63 km north of Perth. The facility is used by the professional industry for rock lobster and also by recreational boating enthusiasts.
Two Rocks Marina contains 125 boat pens, a service wharf, a two-lane boat ramp, boat maintenance and lifting facility, vessel fuel facility as well as ablutions and car park.
The Department of Transport (DoT) proposes to enter into a temporary employment arrangement for one (1) Boat Lifter Operator and one (1) Spotter to manage the day-to-day Boat Lifting Operation of the Two Rocks marina.
The Department currently uses a 1995 Cummins 6B boat lift with operating load of 55 tonne at the Two Rocks Marina.
