Description
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires a suitably experienced Contractor for the provision of Gardening and Landscaping services at DPIRD’s Northam Office site, located at 75 York Road, Northam, Western Australia.
The site comprises of approximately 13779 square metres of commercial gardens including lawns, plants, shrubs, trees and garden beds.
The Northam site is a professionally maintained working site of over eighty five people, including tenants; incorporating research and technical services laboratories, processing areas and office grounds, which serves to support the public perspective of an active and ongoing relationship between the department, co-locators (tenants) and the community.
