Description
The works involve the remediation of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) identified in O Block at Royal Perth Hospital. The affected areas include the unused northern section of Level 4, where asbestos dust and damaged insulation board debris were found, as well as contamination in the ceiling void and the room below. The scope includes removing or managing ACM to ensure the area is safe for entry without personal protective equipment (PPE), with any remaining ACM to be managed in-situ if it poses no risk.
