The Australian Public Service Commission is wishing to establish a Learning and Development Panel.The Services to be provided are generally in the nature of learning and development (training and related services) for Australian government employees, including but not limited to the following areas:

1. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement;

2. Leadership, People and Performance;

3. Governance and Planning;

4. Organisational Planning and Strategy;

5. Contracting, Procurement, Project Planning and Management, and Risk Management;

6.Financial Management;

7.Organisational Learning Needs Analysis and Evaluation services;

8.Coaching services.

Industry briefings on this tender will be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth in the week commencing 12 August 2013. Further information on how to register to attend a briefing is contained in the RFT document.
