Recruitment Services

The Tax Office wishes to appoint a panel of providers to deliver a range of recruitment services on an ?as required? basis. The panel will include a limited number of providers who are able to provide recruitment services on a national basis and work with the Tax Office in strategic and collaborative relationships to meet our particular recruitment requirements on a local, regional and/or national level. The Tax Office envisages that no more than three (3) or four (4) providers will be appointed to each recruitment category however final numbers will depend upon the outcome of the RFT process. The Tax Office will establish one panel segmented into the following different employment categories; 1. Core Business and Corporate Support Functions 2. Information Technology (IT) 3. Executive Search and Recruitment 4. Specialist Regulatory Compliance (including Specialist Accounting and Finance) and Enforcement Tenders may be lodged for any or all of these categories.
