22C223 NSC T2D The Provision of Surveying Services for the Land and Planning Unit

The objective of this Contract is to engage multiple suitably capable Contractors who can undertake both “at surface and substratum” cadastral surveying. This is required to support the acquisition of required land for both the northern and southern packages, as well as ad hoc survey requirements both on and off corridor.

Given the scale and complexity of the survey requirements and to ensure they are completed within project deadlines, the work will be allocated into three packages.

The three packages of surveying requirements are as follows:

• Southern Package (at surface and substratum);
• Northern Package (at surface and substratum); and
• Ancillary Packages (ad hoc on corridor and off corridor survey requirements).

To respond to this RFT, companies must meet the minimum requirements, as follows:

Mandatory Requirements

• Fully pre-qualified in Contract No. 17C811, Professional and Technical Services – Cadastral Survey;
• conformance with the Department’s nominated prequalification categories;
• compliance and agreement with contract terms and conditions;
• Industry Participation Policy requirements; and
• inclusion of the CITB Levy within tendered price.
