Analogue Handheld Radio Replacement

The PTA needs to procure handheld radios and related accessories that support operations until the new digital radio system is completed.

The scope of requirements includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. 1. 1. 1. Supply of goods:
            • Motorola DP4801 /e radios
            • Chargers to suit radios
            • Preprograming
            • Labelling
            • Software to program radios
            • Test equipment
            • Related accessories and catalogues with pricing.
         2. Delivery of goods to nominated PTA locations/sites;
         3. Unloading of the goods in accordance with applicable laws relating to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS);
         4. Order acknowledgment and lead time notifications;
         5. Providing technical and aftersales support, warranty period for all items; and
         6. Evidence of applicable permits and licences.
