Description
The G20 Taskforce within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) seeks to procure simultaneous interpretation booths and associated equipment from an organisation with the capacity and relevant experience in the provision of such services and equipment.
The Interpretation Equipment and Services required include:
- Booths suitable for use by two or three interpreters;
- Microphones for use by Leaders at venues;
- Earpieces for use by delegates and media;
- Microphone activated cameras;
- Control equipment;
- Cabling and/or wireless technology to connect the elements of the systems;
- Services related to the assembly, testing and fine-tuning of the simultaneous interpretation facilities at the three venues; and
- Training of attendees as necessary.
