Supply of Medical Imaging Equipment to Western Australian Public Health Care Units

The Request will seek to establish a Head Agreement for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Medical Imaging Equipment to Western Australian Public Health Care Units to meet their requirements under the following eight (8) product categories:

• Category 1 - General Purpose X-Ray and Fluoroscopy Units
• Category 2 - Mammography Units
• Category 3 - Mobile C-Arm Image Intensifiers
• Category 4 - Ultrasound Units, comprising the following sub-categories:
  • 4A - General Ultrasounds; and
  • 4B - Point-of-Care Ultrasounds
• Category 5 - Digital Flat Panels
• Category 6 - Mobile X-Ray Units
• Category 7 - Dental X-Ray Units
• Category 8 - Medical Imaging Peripherals, comprising the following sub-categories:
  • 8A - Laser Imagers; and
  • 8B - CD / DVD Units.

In addition to the supply of equipment under the categories detailed above, the Request will also seek the provision of optional post-warranty maintenance, as well as additional options and accessories relating to the offered equipment. Consumables will not form part of the Request.
