Professional Services for FPC's People Plan initiatives

Description
To support the capacity of the FPC to implement initiatives within the People Plan 2021-2023, the FPC wishes to establish a head agreement with suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide specialised organisational development, change management, and consultancy services, on an ‘as required’ basis. The FPC does not guarantee any volume of work or any minimum number of hours will be awarded to the Contractors under the head agreement during the Term of the Contract.
