Description
Through this Request, the Department wishes to establish an arrangement for the provision of an Automated Essay Scoring System (AESS) delivered in the form of “Software as a Service” solution. Associated services must also be provided to configure the solution initially and periodically throughout the contract term, deliver user training (for up to three users) and provide comprehensive tier 2 and tier 3 support.
