DEWR and AEC’s (together ‘the departments’) current office accommodation across Canberra is set to expire between 2025 and 2027. The departments are jointly approaching the market to procure suitable office accommodation within the Canberra CBD from 2025 or 2027. The departments are looking for a solution, or solutions, that provide between 52,000 – 60,000sqm of office accommodation.
