Provision of a National Property Advisory and Services Panel

The Commonwealth Government of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking offers for provision of property consultancy advice and services which will form a National Property Advisory and Services Panel. Members of the Panel will provide, as and when required by the ABS, professional property advice or services on a range of leasing and accommodation matters affecting or impacting on the ABS.
This RFT invites tenders from experienced, qualified and business-registered enterprises, organisations, companies, corporations, partnerships, trusts and other legal entities for the provision of National Property Advice and Services to ABS on either a national or local basis. The initial term of the Panel will be established under a contract for three years, with two possible extension options at ABS discretion, of up to 12 months each.
The ABS expects that there will be one National Property Advisory and Services Panel to the ABS. Members of the Panel are not required to have national coverage and may have in-depth local property experience in and knowledge of one or more capital cities. There is no commitment on how much, if any, services ABS may require from the National Property Advisory and Services Panel.
