Description
This Request specifies the requirement of Department of Health for the provision of cleaning services, as specified, at the premises listed below and in accordance with the terms and conditions. The premises included are as follows: - Level 3 which includes the WACHS Command Centre, PaTCH, SFC, ACH, State Mental Health Patient Flow, SJWA, Specialist Aeromedical, and the SHOC Facilities and Corporate Services team; and - Level 10 which consists of WAVED, SJWA, Telestroke, AMHCR and SHOC Executive.
