Supply and Installation of an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS; continuously; temperature, humidity; CO2

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requires from suitably qualified and experienced providers an EMS System to monitor the testing environments and enclosures (oven, incubators, fridges, freezers, and environmental chambers) within the Laboratories

The Laboratories Branch requires a configurable and customisable EMS system to continuously monitor critical equipment used in support of testing activities.

The proposed system should be capable of:

1. Instant notifications (SMS, email, phone, alarms) about excursions.

2. Easy to read displays at the source and the computer.

3. Expandable without the need to set up additional systems to manage.

4. Simple to use validated software (ISO 17025 compliant).

5. Relocate modules easily due to wireless configurations.

6. “Plug and Play” making setup easy.

7. Data created must be safely stored (tamper proof auditable)

8. Sensors must be uniquely identified

9. Use existing TGA infrastructure to back-up data securely to servers.

10. Quick export of data to excel, word, adobe PDF for auditing and results visualisation.

11. Visualise data over a period of time using the software on any computer.

12. Customise levels of user access, audit trails, archived alarms, P/W protected.
