Overview

The Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct is Australia’s centre stage for live sports, music, and entertainment. Home to six world-class venues – Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena, AAMI Park, Kia Arena, and CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park – the precinct welcomes more than 2.8 million guests to over 500 events annually, including Australia’s world-famous Grand Slam tennis tournament, the Australian Open.

The Opportunity

The works associated with this contract include the Planned Preventative Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Services at nominated Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (M&OP) venues. Services delivered by the Service Provider are to be inclusive of the supply of all labour, plant, equipment, materials, and fittings necessary for any works as requested by M&OP.

The Service Provider is to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and event standby services, with the aim of maintaining serviceability of M&OP elevators and escalators.

The works are to be delivered with a critical emphasis on quality, delivery, customer service and in accordance with the industry recognised standard.
