Visiting the Site: - Non-Mandatory: Should tenderers choose to visit the site and familiarise themselves with the site upon which the work is to be constructed then they shall comply with the following site access requirements. Site visit shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Communities. Tenderers are also strictly advised to make prior arrangements by contacting the Community contacts; confirming the date and the time of the intended visit; and exchanging their contact details.
