Description
The Regional Mobile Communications Project (RMCP) is an initiative under the Royalties for Regions pogram.
The RMCP initiative addresses the telecommunication deficiencies identified in the Telecommunications Needs Assessment (TNA) study undertaken by the Western Australian Department of Commerce in 2008.
Through this Request the Department of Commerce is seeking a suitably experienced and accredited contractor or contractors to deliver broadband and mobile communications services to Regional Western Australia especially along major arterial roads and highways of the State.
The successful Respondent(s) to will be required to build, own, operate, maintain and upgrade mobile telecommunications infrastructure that will deliver mobile telecommunications and wireless broadband services to the public that will provide improved mobile coverage for Western Australia.
