Description
The Department of Culture and the Arts - State Library WA (SLWA) require the supply of a kiosk solution comprising of six (6) dual touch/multi-touch kiosks (suitable for disabled and non-disabled access) and an application that will have the features including but not limited to:
• Enhanced directional and way finding tools;
• Ability to access the application from kiosk hardware, SLWA computers, Online Public Access Catalogue (OPACs), and wireless devices;
• Send an electronic request for staff to assist clients as necessary; and
• Integrate third party software i.e. PC bookings software.
SLWA also require:
• Software and Hardware Maintenance and support; and
• Training for Digital Services [IT support] and Client Services [user] staff.
Expansion and enhancement of the kiosk service will provide for long term service benefits for SLWA.
