Description
The Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) is seeking a consultant to provide technical advice on capital and operating expenditure evaluations and other matters to assist with the assessment of proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution System (GDS). The assessment will commence once the GDS service provider, ATCO Gas Australia Pty Ltd (ATCO), submits its revised access arrangement proposal to the ERA. ATCO's proposal is required by 3 September 2018.
