Description
The Department of Transport’s (DoT) Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) has undergone a significant structural realignment. This realignment came into operational effect on 31 July 2015, with the process of finalisation still ongoing.
Two of the areas of the realignment that require further clarification are:
- The newly created Business Reform directorate; and
- The use of a current pool of substantive Level 6 Project Officers to form a Project Management Team, as part of the same directorate.
The Consultant is expected to report on its analysis of the Business reform directorate and the Project Management Office.
