DBCA aims to migrate all records from Objective an existing Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS) leveraging the existing licence agreement with OpenText Content Manager as part of its program to reduce legacy systems, modernise its IT systems and increase the use of cloud-based solutions.
