Provision of Family Law and Family Violence Related Legal Assistance Services 2017-2020

Description
Under the legal assistance services program, the Queensland Government will allocate approximately $4.8 million of Commonwealth funding for the delivery of family law and family violence related legal assistance services in Queensland over 2017-20 from 1 October 2017.
Funding will be allocated in a way that best builds on the core service system, creating the next service system layer that is focused on meeting the holistic legal needs of people experiencing family law problems, and domestic and family violence.
Community Legal Centres Queensland has prepared a supplementary guide to assist organisations to complete the application form. This guide is available for download through QTenders along with the application guidelines and application form.
Applications must be submitted via QTenders by 2:00pm AEST on Monday 7 August 2017.
