Description
DPS, on behalf of the Parliamentary Departments, is seeking a prefered supplier under a Standing Offer for the supply and maintenance of desktop personal computers within Parliament House. As part of this arrangement, the Parliamentary Departments are also seeking offers for trading-in the current computer fleet.
The duration of the Standing Offer will be three years with the option of two one-year extensions at the discretion of the Commonwealth. The Standing Offer will be with the Tenderer, not with an agent or third party supplier.
Each Parliamentary Department will be responsible for its own purchasing against the Standing Offer. Each of the Parliamentary Departments is to be invoiced separately.
