Comprehensive Cleaning Contract

This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd ( JLL) as agent for the Department of Finance.

NOTE: Sucessfull candidates will have to be CM3-JLL registered or take up CM3 registration.

Spreadhseet to use as a base for the costing is now attached. Note it reflects the 2015 award and you will need to update it - ALSO refer to the SCOPE for the full required services not this spreadhsheet. Do one per site.

JLL invites tenders for the provision of Comprehensive Cleaning Services of two government owned office buildings located in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Specifically this R F Q relates to 151 Royal Street and 189 Royal Street, West Perth.

Please submit one tender for each site, in duplicate and bound.

They may be submitted together in the same envelope.

Please clearly mark the submisions with the site address.

The Cleaning Contractor, if any, engaged as a result of this Request shall be suitably skilled, staffed, experienced and qualified to perform the Services under the Contract
.
The Services to be provided under the Contract shall include without limitation:

• Comprehensive Cleaning Services in terms of the supplied scope of works

The successful Tenderer must be willing and able to provide the Services while considering the locations of the buildings that are to be serviced.

The Contracts are proposed to be let for an initial period of three (3) years commencing 1 September 2016 and expiring 31 August 2019. The Managing Agent reserves the right to exercise one (1) extension option of one (1) year.

NOTE:Mandatory attendance to both site inspections are required to be considered for this tender.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Separate tenders are to be provided for each building.

If there are economies of scale offered in the event of both contracts are awarded to one contractor, an addendum covering the discounted offers may be provided attached to both submissions & addeddum that is not to exceed three pages.
