Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Wellbeing Services evaluation
Details
Description
The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women (DCSYW) requires an external contractor to undertake an implementation and outcome evaluation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Wellbeing Services (FWS), including a cost-benefit analysis. Within the allocated time and resources, the most culturally informed evaluation approach is desired by FWS providers, stakeholders and the department.
The scope of the evaluation is to undertake an implementation and outcome evaluation focusing on FWS interventions as described in the departmental program guidelines (April, 2019). A cost-benefit component is also included. Highlighting successful and culturally responsive program design and practice is an important element of the evaluation.
